Social networking most definately brings people together. If it weren't for networks such as Facebook or dating websites such as eHarmony, there are people in the world that would not be married or not be friends, let alone even know who eachother is. Many good relationships have come from these dating websites, and a ton of friendships have been made as a result of Facebook.

Social Networking definately brings people together. If people can't handle themselfes they can leave. Social networking gives people a chance to talk with their friends they met at state volleyball and they're family from out of town. It allows people to share pictures. Sometimes it even starts realitionships. Nowadays with our generation many stories start, "Well on Facebook last night..." And that's how it should be. Boom.

Social networking brings people together. The opportunity to go on social networking websites and connect with new and old friends can form new friendships and make old ones stronger.

i feel like facebook is only a hinderance to people who make it a hinderance. i feel like social networking is a great tool that is connecting us with people much more effectively than through telephone.

also, social networking is a great stepping stone for people who are a little shy. once they feel comfortable meeting people online, they'll become more comfortable with meeting people in real life

David, MOST people who are shy and use social networking aren't going to be less shy if they get the opportunity to meet that person in real life. People who are social networking addicts often dont know who is real and isnt real. you could have a "best friend" who you met online and that person turns out to be a 3rd degree sex offender.

Social media has become one of the most essential parts of communication. There is no doubt that social media is bringing people together. Even though there are a few negative points of using social media that cannot make us ignore the hundreds of positive benefits. Social media has become a tool of social interaction and bought us closer together as a community by increasing our communication with each other and reducing the gap between us and people who are far away. It has replaced our older communication tools such as letters, telephone etc. with the fastest chats, video chats, and calls. With subway surfers online Tour, visit the different cities around the world and collect the various hoverboards! free sudoku is a very popular puzzle game of Japanese origin. The objective of the game is to follow the logical placement of numbers on a 9X9 grid.

I think that social Networking is tearing our generation apart. We are so used to just facebooking our thoughts, and texting people that we have lost all social skills. We use email to talk to somebody who is long distance from us instead of calling them. Everything we do is so impersonal. you cant build and keep a friendship together just by texting them.

I strongly agree with AllieCat's statement. Adding onto her statement, while social networking is very useful in staying connected, there are also times when being too connected is a problem.

I agree that it would be hard to hold and keep a relationship together just by texting, facebooking, but on the other hand, you can find people that you would never ever meet in person unless you call them , skype and then finally meet them in person

Social Networking is tearing us apart. People want to go on facebook more often than they consider going out with friends or having an actual conversation with them on the phone. Things said over the internet are often taken the wrong way and seem impersonal. Social networking also allows people to feel as though they can bully someone else because they aren't talking with face to face.

another example is when you are texting or facebooking you cant always interpret what the sender really wanted to say. They could be saying one thing and you take it a totally differant direction then it was intended to be taken. its hard to put the right emotion into a social networking message even with all the emoticons we can choose from :)
